Law Firm Marketing

  • 5 de jul

I run a real estate business and practice. I have built a decent practice on a budget, but I have no plans to really grow, hire lawyers, and increase the value of the business. At this point, I have not paid for marketing/advertising other than SEO, which is currently ongoing. I am not looking at advertising/marketing expenses, but I am not sure where to start or what budget to expect.
My overall goal is to attract 30 new entity formation clients per month, 15 new fractional general counsel clients per month, and 5 new litigation clients per month. I know this will take time, maybe even years, but what budget can I expect to get 1/3 of those numbers to start with? Again, I am not sure I am factoring in the right aspects, I just know that this is the end goal, so I have to work with it.

You have set specific goals for the number of clients and this is already half of the strategy. If you are targeting at least a third of the specified volume, then it's reasonable to start with a moderate budget, which will be enough for a basic digital model.

Launching a goal of such a number of new clients per month is a serious ambition, and you can’t pull it off without clear marketing. Even if SEO is already underway, it's not always enough and ppc marketing for law firms is the easiest way to start, especially if you want to test channels and calculate the cost per lead. They specifically describe how to set up advertising for legal services from entity formation to litigation and do not just pour traffic, but sharpen it for real conversion with geo-targeting and calls.
