  1. What the Account Actually Is
     A Wealth DT2 account is your single sign-in on the Android app that stores:
     • Cash balance (PKR)
     • Game history & statistics
     • KYC verification status
     • Bonus coupons & referral codes
  2. Creating It
     • Install the APK → open → choose “Register”.
     • Enter mobile number → receive OTP → set 4-digit PIN.
     • Link JazzCash or Easypaisa number (mandatory for withdrawals).
  3. Account Levels
     • Level 0 – Just registered; can play demo, cannot withdraw.
     • Level 1 – Phone verified; PKR 0–10 k daily withdrawal.
     • Level 2 – CNIC uploaded & approved; PKR 50 k daily cap.
  4. Dashboard Tabs
     • Wallet – real-time balance & transaction log.
     • Rewards – daily check-in coins & spin wheel.

  5. Security Settings
     • Change PIN: Profile → Security → Set New PIN.
     • 2-Factor: toggle SMS OTP on every login or only on withdrawals.
     • Cool-off: 24 h, 7 d, or 30 d self-exclusion buttons.
  6. Common Fixes
     • Forgot PIN → tap “Forgot” → OTP → reset.
     • Withdrawal stuck → screenshot TXN ID → contact in-app Live Chat (9 am-12 am).
     • CNIC rejected → re-upload under 1 MB, JPG, all four corners visible.
