The order also states that during the years 2001-2009 Enzia and Rostosmos, the Russian Space Agency. Succeeded in arranging 8 short-term commercial flights under the Space Adventure contract, sending 5 tourists from the United States of America along with 1 passenger from the United Kingdom and Canada to a part of the International Space Station in Russia.
